From Access Version to SQL Version

   I have set up a forum with the Access version, but now that I have read more, I know there is a limit on the maximum number of concurrent access to the forum.  As the number of users in my forum are increasing steadily, I think 20 is too small.  So, I want to move on to the SQL version of the forum.  My web hosting company does provide SQL database support, but how do I move all the existing data from the Access version to the SQL version?  Has anyone undertaken this great task before?
