will newspad have comments property for readers?
and how much does it cost? will be any economic box value like all in one for buying forum and newspad?

There are not comment boxes for users.

The cost at present is £34.99 for a special introductory brand free lifetime license while it is in beta.

There are no plans at present for doing a discount if buying with Web Wiz Forums, but a new online account system is presently being developed which will give you discounts for additional purchases so you should be able to use that to get a discount once you have bought the forum software.
