When I go to the admin area to setup the title of NewsPad on my website, the title gets repeated, if i don't set it up the page would be left without a title.... is this a bug?

It looks like the title is messed up on other pages too. For example, on the 'Privacty Statment' page the title starts with "News Letter". I don't want to call it a newsletter.

This got changed nearer the end of development and I guess it got missed in a few places.
