MySQL database connection problems

I am in the process of trying to migrate my WebWizForum Access database to MySQL. My website is hosted on Web Wiz.
 
I am using the following set of instructions to do so:
 
 
And have downloaded the software packages, etc.
 
I am in the Microsoft SQL Server Migration for Access, and can not connect to the MySQL database. I have used my domain name (grantorinosport.org), and also the listed mysql.webwiz.net. I can not connect to the SQL database.
 
I also tried to connect to the database with my FTP program (just to see if it would get a connection). No luck. I am of course able to ftp into my website area, so I would assume my connection is good, and that is not the issue.
 
Any thoughts appreciated.

If you contact hosting support through your Client Area account on the main Web Wiz Guide web site then we can carryout the migration for you, and also update your forum to the latest version.

You get the latest version of Web Wiz Forums Premium Edition free as a hosting client, and we can also carryout all the hard work of installation, migration, and updating, for you. Big%20smile

All our Hosting packages now come with SQL Server, and I would recommend that path from Access rather than to mySQL.
