I can't import my access db to mySQL??

You can import any db to mysql, the problem is the code. There are several differences in syntax. Also there are some built in functions that each db has. mySQL does not support yet stored procedures or some of the ado functions like pagecount, recordcount, absolute page and other. With a simpler code you could adjust things here and there, but with something like wwg forum it means that you have to re-build it from scratch.

"  mySQL does not support yet stored procedures or some of the ado functions like pagecount, recordcount, absolute page and other.."

These are functions of the provider, not necessarily the database.  So the database driver needs to be able to perform these functions.

There have been many, many posts made throughout the world...
This was one of them.

You are right, except for the stored procedures which are a function of the db that mySQL did not implemented yet. It seeems that it would be in the next version. it's because of my English ... Some of the things that sounds logical and correct in Romanian, need a different topic in English.
