I have just purchased the full version of the News Pad software and have two questions:
  1. How can I change the 'name' when News Pad sends out e-mails from 'NewsPad' to an identity of my choice such as my name etc.?
  2. I run a WWF that is fairly old, I want to integrate News Pad tightly with my forum so instead of asking people who receive newsletters to go to their News Pad login and change their settings, I simply want to direct a newsletter recipient to their forum profile/settings where I have added in code for them to select to subscribe or unsubscribe. Which file do I need to change to amend the 'unsubscribe' text so that the link will link directly with their forum profile/ettings?

1- from the admin area you can change everything, such as the name of newspad, etc...
2- The best and quickest way is to upgrade to the latest version of the forum as previous versions don't have support for newspad.

Maybe I am missing something but I cannot see how to change the identity that is presented to newsletter recipients when they receive a letter so that it reads as someone different to NewsPad. Could you tell what what the likely URL would be to change the setting please?

It's on the skins page in the admin area, under NewsPad Name
