www.websitepanel.co.uk is for managing the Hosting Package itself, not for managing Web Wiz Forums.
To manage Web Wiz Forums you need to the domain that you requested the forum be installed under when you signed up and login directly to Web Wiz Forums. Once you login to Web Wiz Forums as the admin an admin button will appear at the top right of the forum which will take you to your forums online admin area.
The support engineer who setup your forum for you should have also create a Support Ticket with information on your Web Wiz Forums installation in your Support Portal in your Client Area account at the link below:-
