Good morning,

exscuse for my english.

I have a problrem with my forum.
My forum don't see my image and my css becouse it want this file in the root of my forum... :-(

It's a bug or i'm stupid ?

What you probably did was change the path of the css and forum_images directories in the forum configuration. Try setting them back to their original path and see if it works.

But yes, you should definitely post in the support forum as you will get more detailed help from Borg or other members of the community. Borg doesn't come onto this part of the forum much.
