I need some help to make sure that my site would be ok ..

i've someone who is working on it, and find it's really difficult to make one accout ( user ) work for it's site & forum .. is it possible if i downloaded free version of Webwiz ?

also, is it possible with ASP site & PHP forum ?

and finaly, i would like user control panel tools ( and it's new PMs ) can be shown in Home page, is it possible ?
