I know squat about setting up IIS and ftp.  I want to know if IIS 5 I believe (the xp pro version) has an option for setting up an ftp server.  My friend wants to set one up for his design buddys to share .psd files and has no idea how.

Also, if there's a better alternative to IIS for setting up an FTP server please let me know.

I am writing a tutorial on setting up IIS on XP pro if you follow it ruight it should install http://tcn.ath.cx/asphow2/install-iis(winxp-pro)/how2.asp 

it is in development but it should help you
