Description
This skin creates a shiny blue effect on your forum with lovely dark shadow. See the screenshots bellow for visualization. In v1.x, I am using some graphics from WWF's original and some from collection and some I made using Fireworx Embarrassed.

I'll create some new graphics for later versions.
