	One more quick question. Is the CDOSYS code you provided earlier a separate file used with an 'Includes statement' or is it embedded in the form file itself? Can't decide which is correct. Thanks again for your help.

	If you want to re-use the code in other files then use an include file, if not then pace the code within the file.
