Hi Everyone,


                   Recently I was in big dilemma that some hackers did sql injection into web forms in our organization website so guys I need to rectify this problem as soon as possbile. I came to know about CAPTCHA while I was looking for solutin and went thtough installation guide and I guess I did in right way but the problem is when I click submit button the form sends information via email to outlook whereas if image verification is blank then it should come up with error but it wont. Image verification is there but its not working so help needed. Help Help Help ...please follow the following link to see for urself .



At the end of the form you can see the image verification but not working with submit button. When you click submit it comes with error so ignore that casuse I broke the link with email server to not receive more email.

The CAPTCHA works server side. You need to follow the install instructions to place code in to the page that the form submits too, so that can check the CAPTCHA code it entered correctly and if not does not allow the process of the rest of the code.

Hi Bruce,


             I followed the steps very carefully but I am bit confused coz I placed all the codes in form.asp which is the main form so do I also need to place codes into formprocess.asp. All I can get is the image verification displayed near submit button and I guess submit button and image verification is not connected at all. If I cant rectify then I will post my asp form codes.

Entering the wrong CAPTCHA code will not disable the submit button as the code to process the response is handled server side not client side.

If the CAPTCHA code was handled client side to disable the submit button then spammer and hackers can still submit using automated bots directly to your process page and bypass your form altogether.

You need to follow step 7 onward in Integration of Web Wiz CAPTCHA Documentation to place the code in to your formprocess.asp so that the submitted CAPTCHA code can be processed on the server and if incorrectly entered prevent the code in your formprocess.asp being run.
