Is access 2002 DB faster than access 2000 DB?

if it is claimed to be "faster", then its not something you will be able to notice...

BUT think about it... Microsoft had two more years of tweaking Access 2k to work with the internet, so if you can use 2002 instead of 2000, then do so

for DSN-less connections, the string to connect with is the same.  if that's what you mean.

I did test the forum on one version of version 6 with a 10mb database in both Access 2000 and 2002 and found that there was a few milli secounds more speed from the Access 2002 database, both using the same JET driver.
