I need help please :)

I'm trying to figure out a way to take an image and apply it as my background to a web site. I need it to stretch 100%x100% and be fixed from scrolling.

I've messed with HTML and CSS, but no avail. Any ideas??

you want it so the content of the website moves and the backgroud is still ..

to make it still add this to the <body > tag bgproperties="fixed"

that makes the bg image fixed so wont move when using the scroll bars

You could have the image in a table and the content of the page is in the table (table is 100 % wide and high).

make sure the padding and spacing is 0

and the background image of the table is the image in question giving the effect.
