I hope someone can help, 'cause I'm stumped! In Dreamweaver MX 6.0, which I've just started using, I have a table, single column, many rows. I have to add to these rows daily. They all have the same background color. What I cannot figure out, or find in the tutorials, is how to select an existing row's bgcolor setting and replicate it in multiple new rows. Or how to make the new rows I've created be preset for the previous row's settings such as centered/font size/etc.
I've resorted to copying the hex # for the bgcolor for one existing row/cell and then selecting the new blank rows and pasting in the hex # for the bgcolor. Is that the ONLY way to do it?? It's a tad tedious! I'm coming from using the ancient PageMill 2.0 where such routines are a VERY fast process (in fact, all routines are a very fast process in PageMill. I'm having to adjust to the MUCH slower and more involvedĀ routines for common functions in DWr MX). I don't want to make my table css dependent. Want to keep them html.
I'm really loving the program, but want to find the fastest methods I can, as I have to work fast on deadlines. Can anyone assist? I'd sure appreciate ANY help, if there's a better way I'm overlooking.
