I made a logo with a small animation on it as a wmv and then converted it to swf and flv. 
Is there any way to edit it to include a hyperlink to clik on it and be directed to a URL?

I haven't ever used Flash, but it will have a basic feature to make it clickable I'm sure.  This should help:
