Currently, the 'Forgotten Password?' link doesn't appear unless Email notifications are turned on in the admin area. I would like my users to be able to utilize the forgotten password link, but I don't necessarily want them to receive other email notifications, such as replies to topics.

Can you please add an indepent option for the forgotten password link in the admin area?
