Web Wiz Forums does not support Vietnamese, and unless the Vietnamese government do somethig to prevent the high level of fraud and pirtating from Vitenam there will not be any support for Vietnamese in the future either.

You may want to look at solutions from other orgonisations if you want to use Vietnamese.
