Hi have captcha 3, unlike version 2 there was a place where to enter the email address to send to and where to send the mail and what message.
 
In version 3 how to you pass this of to the server or to the email?.

I think you msut be thinking about the wrong application. CAPTCHA is placed on your existing web form and has never had a way to send emails.
