Hello Friends. Website optimization is not an easy task for me. I know that it is very important task. Can you guide me on the navigation subject? I want to know that which navigation method proves more effective or beneficial for search engines and users?

generally Google crawls from top left corner of your web page. SO navigational structure which positioned in top left gets more benefits if the goal is to get all pages indexed  by google. Navigation structure in header and footer also helps to create good user interface and experience to find pages easily.

Breadcrumb Navigation in very much important for the SEO. This is an OnPage SEO aspect.
