How do I add to my smiley library?

How do I add smileys to the smiley library?

I've uploaded alot of them to my smiley folder, but i dont know how to make them show up as clickable options when people post.

i googled it - which is how i found the avatar adding mod (great mod btw!)

but the only thing that comes up is a thread about a smiley randomizer. I dont want a randomizer. i just want them all the available. or is that the same thing?

the rest is just forum info on what a smiley is and some comments about webwiz

EDIT: okay, i added in my smileys and i put in the smiley randomizer mod, but now when I click on "more..." to see them all, I can't. Many of them are off the viewable window area. Is there a way to add in a scrollbar to see them all?
