Ladder Graduation...

this is quite simple i think it is the common.asp where the ladder changing takes place what you need to do is add some code with the code that changes ladder status.. so that when it changes the status it sends a pm to the saying tha is changed... i take it you are making it so after xx postas it changes ..if not all you need to do is add the code the the verious place in the register.asp file... i can't do it this weekend and im away all week but the week after (14 june) im free for a week so could proberlly sort the code out then.... if you pm me then so i remeber ill do it...just to make sure i dont forget......lol

anyway when they move it would then tell them straight away they have received one .. is that what you want

I sent you a PM, but yeah pretty much if a person has 39 posts and is a Newbie, and then they post their 40th post then their status changes to Groupie along with the pop up notice that they have a New Private Message. In the message it would say "You have been promoted to a Groupie", something like this. Pretty much what you said in your post sounds like what I'm after.
