  1. its really cramped to one side of the window. It only uses about half of what it could use on my machine (approx. 1200x800 resolution, ie6)
  2. the size of the navagation bar at the left would be perfect if the page took up the hole window. Currently it looks like this page would be best viewed on 640x400 resolution...
  3. I would get rid of the splash page.
  4. Your content area should take up the majority of the space. Currently its only taking up about 40%
  5. I like the color scheme and the contrast.

i agree, but also the images on the main page seem a little, 'fuzzy'?  You want to get them crystal clear if you can!
