From what I have read on this forum, it seems that there is not an SQL version available yey, that means this forum is using Accesss as a back end db? How many simultaneous connections is having it?

considering its a beta that isn't available yet, i'd say its safe to assume this very forum was running on SQL

Yea i think this forum is running on SQL and you can get loads of sim connections on access  the main problem being the speed, not the threat of crashing

Well, I have been using the forum for about a year now with access. The db is about 10 MB with 600 members. The fourm is quite busy.

Recently it has kept crashing - always seems fast enough though.

My server suggests moving over to the SQL forum.
