http://circleoftrust.org/forum is not opening but my guess is that that is your WWF installation. Anyway, Ive checked the exboard style and its very much possible to apply that theme. just put the right color scheme in the CSS file of wwf board and recreate images from exboard after due permissions from the forum graphic designer of course.
the second part of your question is related to wwf support so you should ask it in the main wwf 8.x support forum where -boRg- will guide you rightly.
