I think the form offers very few topic/message administration options.

Personally, I would like to see the following:
  1. Merging topics
  2. Splitting topics by entering the thread_id (showing where to perform the split)
  3. Bulk deleting messages based on user ip address and date, or other criteria
  4. Batch moving message to other topics
By the way, when you delete a member, are you deleting her messages too? I am too lazy to check.
