	I was wondering is there away that people who use the forum can there own topics up? I would make the forums but let the reg. users make the topics up it is for a high school band.

	im not quite sure what you say above, but you can make it within the group permssions section of the admin area you can set it so certian privelges are based owhat group they are in. anyone regiestered users private groups forum admins only. for features like create topic, reply, etc
