report post issue

We just discovered that in the "report post" process, the post number (PID) isn't sent with the admin report mail.
Looking at the report_post.asp code, the PID query string is omitted from the link sent to admins.

Since we need the PID info to be included in the report i modified the code for our own use but i wonder about the reason the original code doesn't include it.
