suggestion

I have see a lot of members here asking how can contact ever member with the WWF.  The most common answer is to use the newsletter syste.  I have a better way this can be done without using the database.  Why can you have a place in the Admin area where you can type out a note then that note is stored on a TXT file. This file can be viewed on everones control panel, when a new note is updated by date.  Then when a member logs in he/she will see a popup message saying there is a note from the Admin team on your control panel.  on this popup can have  a "OK" button to take them to the cp.  just an idea.
