Each administrator user can not delete and edit news about other users.
The administrator can assign users to the administrators of the
categories where each user can send an administrator.
By creating a template in html or text will not be recorded in the
template name as the subject. When you send a press release through a
staff forgets to change the subject.
The administrator can manually insert (one to one) new email accounts
without having to validate the account.
On the other hand we do not understand why the accents and "ñ" in the
RSS forum appear either in the RSS and the stories are wrong.
