Hello,
Can anybody tell me of a good website design and development company in Virginia/DC Metro area? Someone recommended www.TenPearls.com   .Any recommendations on this company?

Check them out in the local BBB, google, and their whois info to find out how long they've been around. If you have access to Dun&Bradstreet... perhaps at your local library, they're worth a look to see how sound the company is.

Contact previous customers they don't have a testimonial from.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.

I do admit the suggestion given by dpyers . Its better to enquire locally ... in Virginia/DC Metro area.
