This is an error message that is programmed by the forum software to display if someone attempts to pass across data in the query string that dose not meet the requirements, and is working in exactly the way it is intended.

In this case you are trying to manipulate a querystring which holds an integer number by trying to pass across an SQL Injection to force the database to shut down.

This SQL Injection is rejected by the forum software which in turn produces a built in error code to inform you that the data is outside of the permitted range.
