Installations errors everywhere!

The first is the fact that the RTE is not working whatsoever. It appears, it's there, but upon trying to use it, like bolding a word or setting font, i get an "Object Expected" error. It occurs on my ASP page on the line where i have "</html>. I followed directions to a T, inserting your code into my page, and even redownloaded and re-installed in the case of a corruption.

 

The second i beleive is an easy fix, where some pop-up windows get the option explicit error.

 

I am at a loss, can figure out what is wrong with my code. the page worked perfectly before install, so i know it's not that.
