Error when uploading a specific file

Trying to upload:

E:\Emule\PermaShares\Other\MS Access 2000 - GURPS Space - Planets Database - Full Completed Schema - ER Diagram GIF, Several Star Systems Entered - A Few Queries No Forms.rar

Gives this Error:

Dundas.Upload.2 error '80004005'

Can't map the virtual path.

and any other file i tried before and after the one that breaks it DO work.

Also, uploading a file that does not exist on my local machine (hand-typing or modifying the file name in the upload box) gets this error:

DSUpload.UploadedFile.2 error '80004005'

Data must be uploaded to the memory before this method call.
