To post a comment. If the name is registered saying to choose another name and not leaving the comment. In this way invites users to register to keep your nick. In the registration form to prevent also register a name if you are already registered in the same way that has the email registration.

There is already this option in the Blog Settings page in the admiin area to restrict comments to Subscribers only, so if you wish you have to Register/Subscribe first in order to leave a comment.

I already know. What I mean is that a user may not register a name that is already registered. That a user may not put a name that is registered to post a comment.
