In IE7, Web Wiz Rich Text Editor (RTE)'s  cursor cannot be activated in the message box unless you click top left corner. Can this feature work be clicking anywhere in the box?

Edit in a text editor the file RTE_javascript.asp and change lines 111 to 114 with the following:-

var iframeContent;
    iframeContent  = '<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">\n';
    iframeContent += '<head>\n';


This should then fix the issue you mention for IE 7
