Is there an admin option for adjusting font size?

I've looked for a while and searched the help forums here, but I don't see any option to increase the default font size.  It must be possible, because the font on this forum is significantly larger than on my site.

To change the font size, you would need to edit the CSS file for your forum. 

If you look in the 'Forum Skin Configuration' page in your forum admin area it will show you the folder the CSS files are in for the forum skin you are using and edit the files using a text editor.

There are a number of different font sizes set in the CSS files, and you would likely want to increase the size of them all.

Thanks for the reply!  I discovered I had the skin set to "classic," which has a smaller font size.  Changing it to a different skin increased the font significantly, so I'm good to go without needing to modify the CSS.  Much appreciated!
