I would love to see WebWiz to build a real estate site where members can post there homes, land and so on for sale, rent, or lease.

There are no plans to develop such an application as it is more of a specialised application with limited use which would mean that we would not cover the development costs of building such an application.

If you look around you may find that a company that already produces such an application, but I suspect that it would not be cheap as they would need to cover the costs of development and support.

One way to expand your application audience is to build a directory application then add a classified ad application then the real estate build off of that.
