Can Any One Tell Or Give Me Script For Creation Of a Toolabar!

Eg:Like Google Toolbar,YahooToolbar ,Hotbar etc!

How They Create Can Anyone Plz Help Me

I woul go and check msdn.microsoft.com, eventually they have a SDK for Toolbars which make it easier for you to develop them.
