After installing Newspad I get the following error-message when I try to send a test-email:
 
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred creating sending email.
Please check your settings and try again.
Please contact the Newsletter Administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_SendMail()
File Name:- admin_email_test.asp

Error details:-
Server object
006~ASP 0178~Server.CreateObject Access Error~The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

Can anyone help me?

This means that the correct permissions are not set on the server for the email component that you are trying to use.
