Greetings,

I would like to know how I can upload PDF doc newsletters instead of creating them within the applicaiton. We use publisher to create our newsletters and I simply want to create a PDF and upload them for distribution.

Thanks in Advance

You can use NewsPad to upload the PDF to your server, but in the newsletter that goes out it would simply contain a link to download the PDF from your server and not have the PDF embedded.

Bruce,

Seeing that staff wants to continue to use MS Publisher to create the newsletter, and I have tried to save them as HTML and paste the HTML code into the editor, that was ugly, do you have any suggestions?

When you create an eNewsletter for sending via email you need to remember you are not creating a web page for a web browser but an email to be viewed in an email client.

Email clients for security reasons are quite basic compared with web browser with no JavaScript, little of no CSS, no Active-x, no Flash, etc. So you have to keep the eNewsletter very basic and just use basic HTML in your formatting.

I very much doubt you would get MS Publisher to produce any type of HTML that would be usable for an email.
