Please Help Problem connecting with DB

I am using MSSQL, Created my database according to direction, configured ODBC and also modified SQL_ SERVER CONNECTION.ASP page with all my dabase username pasword info but when i am trying to connect with the given user name "Administrator" and "letmein" its sayig error and asking me to check all those what i already configured according to my computer setup. and also checked my permission in database and other minor things like this but i cant find anything tht i am doign wrong, Please help me out how can get it to work .

just for your info i am running my DB and WEBserver from same computer.

The username and password supplied on the page are dummy username and passwords. You have to use the username and password that you specified on SQL server (if you set it up)

I am having another problem now with forum administration login page
 
i have tried default user name and pasword administrator and letmein
also tried changing those but its not working. is there any any suggestion for me

What does "not working" mean?
Are you getting any error messages?

No its not givign error message but i can see the progress bar for processing page is getting too slow and after long time its still sits on same page.
