Hi,
 
I would like to set up a feature that allows me to make a back up of an Access 2003 and a MySQL Database automatically.  Does anyone know a good software that does this job or a website I can visit?

If you have access to the server (physically) it is very simple to do. For access you can just use the Windows Backup Util. mySQL not really sure but I guess they have some kind of agent that allows you to schedule backups or write a vbs file that generates a backup and use Windows BU to backup that file to DVD or whatever.
