As you can see from my subject I’m by no means a Developer.  I would like to be able to read RSS feeds on my front ASP / HTML page and bring over the live data from a few friends websites.  They already have RSS feeds in XML format I just want to call them into my front page to give a little more interactivity. 

Please let me know if this makes any sense and a code example would be great.

There are  many ways to do it. This is just one canned version.

Yep that is sort of what I'm looking for as you can see from my site below I'm looking to grab say the top 10 CNN news feeds over to my site.  But only the header information of the news feed.
