Allow to add comments for some user by admin or moderator. Like. Why he/she is banned, etc... Comment about user...
 
Meybe you can allow something to rate profile if he/she don't post god post. Like rate for good user or bad user. Meybe by rating in bad way can admin/moderator get notice about user and then they decite why they will do about them.

An admin or moderator can add notes about a user on the same screen where they can ban them in V8
