Is it possible to take an ip (for example: 123.45.67.890) and turn it into a host name (for example: earth.usa.pa.chestercounty) using asp?

It is possible, but you might have to use a componant (search for one on google). Your host may not allow you to use additional componants though so I don't know how much use this is to you!

123.45.67.890 is this IP is correct IP
because what ever i learn is that it starts from

0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255
