Need help debuging shopping cart...

Hi Everyone.

I have a shoping cart that was developed for a client of mine and the cart has a bug where it does not display items in a cart for some users (i refer to this as a refresh bug).  Sometimes a customer will add items to his cart and find that all the products are missing when he goes to check out. 

The cart is written in classic ASP and uses an access DB. 

I am looking for a programmer who could offer me some assistance in debuging this error.
