Can’t focus after got anchor

   Initially, when I click the Edit button, there cursor will highlight the textbox because of this onload javascript 

<body  onload="document.myform.qty_delivered_fr.focus();document.my form.qty_delivered_fr.select()">  

but, after I added an anchor, it doesn't work. The highlight can be seen but the focus is not there. I need to move my mouse and move my cursor in my textbox.

Actually, my page got an edit button and when I click that edit button, it comes back to the same page for me to change the value.
