Problem with server while usin webwiz forum access

I just change my hosting for a while .. and im using access version .. in old server it was slow and in new one its fast and working good .BUT.every 3 hours it stops and couldnt open i mean just waiting position .After doing RESET on server it starts again so im doing reset every 3 hour ..
DOnt know where is problem ?? I will change server but for a week i need this one .. any idea about this ..

15 views and no answer .something wrong here .Anyway i solve the problem
For those who have the same problem .
 
Compact your access ,upload on your server and Open your hosting admin page . In plesk you have File Manager ,enter there and click on your forum folder ,and open the permission TO FULL control..
thats all
